Orders placed through this website are shipped via Fed Ex ground or USPS and are charged a $7.95 shipping fee ($10 for orders over $200). We only accept orders for shipment to the United
States at this time. Orders placed at an AllieCat party are charged a flat $4 shipping fee. Items back ordered will be shipped free of charge when available, and may be sent via USPS First
Class or FedEx ground at our discretion.

Exchanges and Refunds:
Any item purchased may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange or refund, provided that it is in new, unworn condition and must be accompanied by the original
purchase receipt.

Lifetime Replacement Policy
Your AllieCat jewelry purchase is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects and may be returned for repair or replacement, provided it is accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, product damage due to accident or improper usage, watch crystals and
batteries. Minor variations in size and colors, as well as inclusions and bubbles are hallmarks of hand-crafted items and should not be considered as defective.

Return Procedures
Please contact AllieCat jewelry at 858.578.0050 for return authorization, rather than your Consultant. A $5 handling fee applies for any returns, exchanges or replacements after 120 days
from purchase date.
